The Lawsuit

As many of us know, the actions of the Florida Chess Association toward members of the SPCC have been uncalled-for, unfair, and illegal.  It has become necessary for Andrew Scherman, Joe Virgin, and Rob "Skippy" Forman to take them to court.  Please read the lawsuit (currently pending in Pinellas Circuit Court)
